I set up an appointment (online) - went there on day of and knocked at door, called number and never was able to raise anyone. So I left and haven't tried again. I probably should have called to make the appointment rather than relying on the online scheduling.

About four weeks ago, my regular waxer texted me the night before that she had to cancel our appointment. She said she had some sort of repetitive stress injury and needed to take time off. I looked on her website and it appeared she would be back working in a couple of weeks. So I waited.

I made an appointment to see Lucy. On the way, I got a text to see if I had a preference on who to see. I thought that was odd, but said I didn't care.
