I would suggest that a person making a lawful purchase at a gas station was not there to engage the services of a prostitute. Therefore any inducement to do so by a sexy woman could easily be seen as entrapment, an affirmative and acceptable defense in the state of Indiana.

I would opine that any officer willing to do this would certainly lie on the witness stand and claim that the john approached her. Unless you have proof the judge is not going to believe you. Even if you could prove it most likely you would end up in the dog house with wife family friends and job. Even though you proved entrapment and found not guilty most ordinary people are going to think you said yes so you are a pervert. Like it or not the exchange of money for sex is still not accepted yet in society. Hopefully, like pot, this will change.

If she came up to you and started telling you "about all the things she would do and the cost of it" that is pure entrapment IF it was in fact a sting. I know the FW police have done some shady things in the past (and probably still do) but that is pure entrapment! I am tempted to go there with my cell phone on and recording in my pocket so as to show this to the newspapers, judges, TV stations and anyone else I can think of.

I stopped at the Marathon on Broadway and was approached by a very beautiful half dressed lady. Fire red hair body that just screams perfection. Came up to me talking about all the things she would do and the cost of it. Aside from how hot she was being a red flag the open talk of cost and service was another. I turned down the offer and on my way out I noticed a blacked out charger parked back in the club parking lot. They are out there looking to give people a bad night so be cautious of what you do. I live in the area so I know she wasn't what she tried to be plus it's been super dead.
