I'm not local any longer, but that area used to be one of the most active in the city about 20 - 30 years back. Meridian, Penn and Delaware too. Especially during the first rampages of the crack epidemic. Everything goes in cycles. As a matter of fact, all the way down to Andrew J Brown. College is a bit surprising now though for a resurgence since they've torn down so many of the old claptraps. Less places to skulk around. The lady looks real familiar though. I think I did some work for her and her husband back when I still lived in town. They were a young SJW couple moving there from Cali back then. Figures.
