That looks like it is name written by a non English speaker. The notice on the door at Classic Massage calls it the crown virus. If you translated corona into Chinese and then into English, that is what you would get.

Listcrawler doesn't look at your IP but it does see you're still logged in. If you only want to look at comments, and you're using Chrome, just hit ctrl + shift + n to open an incognito window and go to listcrawler. Otherwise, you'll have to clear your cookies to log yourself out and create a new log in. I forget if you need to remove your saved passwords, but I don't think so. I'd try just clearing cookies and browsing history and stuff first.

Also I don't know what you do Jeff but the easiest way to change your IP is to just use a VPN.

You are probably stuck. If you are connecting from home, your IP address is going to change about every 90 days. You might be able to call tech support and see if they will change it for you. You are probably not the first person to call and want a new IP address for something like this.

It you are connecting from work, (big gamble with your job) IT is not going to change the outgoing IP address. Case closed.

Are you on a public spot. Move to a different spot. If you are on your phone, it is going to be harder.
