Kraft's attorney electronically entered a not-guilty plea, and later submitted a court filing where Kraft waived arraignment, plead not guilty to all charges and requested a jury trial. A memo filed by Kraft's attorneys revealed that hidden cameras had been installed when investigators entered the facility under the guise of a bomb threat. A Palm Beach County judge ruled that prosecutors could not use the videos in their case, citing privacy concerns. A Florida appeals court also ruled that Kraft's constitutional rights were violated, and all the charges were dropped. US District Judge Rodolfo Ruiz ordered the videos to be destroyed. That attorney probably cost him $100,000.
Your point is well taken, and pretty accurate, but Bobby K spent WAY more than $100 k on his team.
Also, he was allegedly getting blown on video. Handy was the first visit. Don't need that on TMZ.
His lawyers went to each and Every person arrested and basically said, "Shut up, We your lawyer now. " Every single one. Then they put the plan into action to squash it.
He spent millions.
And when you are worth billions, it's the same as a #1 combo meal from McDonalds.

Actually, it is.

But the other day I was trying to set something up with a provider who has been vouched for in the past by members of this forum, (Shane in Bedford) and she acted just like I imagine a cop would--trying to get me to incriminate myself beyond any possibility of reasonable doubt. Lots of explicit talk about what we would be doing, what services I specifically wanted, condom use, asking me for a selfie, etc. Was this just a careless provider, or a cop? Probably a careless provider. But I wasn't going to find out the hard way. So anyway, what do you guys think? Is the use of a former provider's info by cops unusual or common?

Good to know about Shane. I hadn't seen in awhile and was going to get back in touch with her. She was pretty open so not surprising that she would be busted. Too much heat out there now.

Police are using search terms on social media and known escort sites to find the escorts and set up meets. They then use probable cause and search warrants to search their devices with digital forensics. Both the escorts and their johns are incriminated. Seems like the walls are always closing in.
