If you really want something reliable that doesn't need to be taken around the clock, look into trimix or caverject. Once you get a hang of things you could be ready in like 2 minutes, and it'll last as long as you need. Dose usually comes out to like 2-5 bucks per use. Pm if you need more info.

Hi hwg. The site is great, delivery is convenient but it is pricey. I have seen discussions on the Atlanta forum about getting online scrip for 25, and using good Rx coupon to get 30 V 20 mg doses for around $16. The scrip allows 12 months total.

Several people confirming it is cost effective.
