If you drive an expensive European car and tip generously, you'll do fine. My 13 year old Infiniti doesn't cut the mustard.

Don't know. Never got that deep into them. I like to spread it around over the weekend at 3 or 4 different places. I usually get farther by investing time with them rather than just dumping a bunch of money on them. Don't get me wrong, I don't get cheap with them. But the greedy attitudes turn me off.
