Its been awhile, old kingdom on garvey now on valley accross pizza and well known aamp spot. I beg to differ from those. Perhaps YMMV? I have been visiting this parlor sporadically for about 10 times starting in late 2016.

Have seen Mei Mei (a little chubby) and Coco (tall and slender) and 2 others which I don't remember name. Got a happy ending everytime except once when they have to call in a standby from some other place. I had to wait about 10 minutes that time, but the girl that showed up was Chinese with blond hair and seems to be mid 20's looked very attractive compare to the regulars there. Easy to know which one you visited. Royal / GT is on the west side of this complex and there is a stairway and an elevator across from a ground floor Vietnamese restaurant that takes you right there (when the elevator is working). You have to walk through that maze of dingy hallways to the east side of the complex from where the elevator is located to get to 123 - that's the grand tour. Then there's that outdoor staircase in the back about midway between the two "above ground" MPs. I don't think 123 was ever signed with that name when I made a few trips there up until a year ago, but there are signs trying to help you navigate your way over there and when you arrive, it is bright and clean. I haven't seen a current report for 123 in many months and Rubmaps had the closed sign hung on it a while back. Others have reported that it is still in business. Dunno.

I believe you're correct that GT=Royal but 123 was a different MP on the other end of the long dingy hallways from GT. Although I enjoyed 123, everything about this 2nd floor complex is weird and sketchy in addition to dingy and filthy. Last time I visited there were at least 1-2 other stealthy massage / brothel operations going on behind closed unmarked doors. But I could hear Asian girls making noise inside and one opened the door and stared out at me as if not knowing whether to solicit me or not. I've witnessed assorted characters. Probably drug addicts, just sitting on the filthy carpets with their backs leaning against the walls along those corridors. Seemed like some of the unmarked "offices" were being used as shooting galleries. Once I saw what I thought looked like a pair of crack addicts getting ready for some dumpster fucking where they thought they couldn't be seen in back of the trash dump in that rear parking area. But from the top of that back staircase I could see them. I didn't stop to see where the show was going. I'm surprised that others haven't commented on the environmental elements of this strange complex that seemed to be crying out to be stomped by LE. 123 was a relatively decent and civilized space compared to the rest of the zombies sharing the complex with them. Unfortunately it seems to be gone but I have seem commentary all over the place regarding present status of 123.

Been to both places recently on a weekend and had good experiences. Not sure why you've come up empty. Also not sure why you'd choose to not just walk into a place regardless if people are sitting out front or not.

Some of us are more cautious than others that's all. The number of sting posts across forums could point to double checking before crossing the street. Here for the fish, not the bacon. Probably right, prone to paranoia.

Yeah been here many times in the past. Used to ask for michelle. Not sure ifbshe isnhere still. Anyways just walked in, and the lady in front had a deer in headlights look. Asked for massage then guided me to room 2 which had two beds, nearest to the door. She let me touch otc, standard massage. I am not a senior poster or anything but I am very familiar with everything here (long time lurker). Learned everything from here and I never had to ask anyone anything. All the info you need is here just do a little digging and reading. It will only help you in the long run.

Agreed. 9/10 Times you just need to do some reading and googling. If that still doesn't work do your own field research report back to us and see what happens.

Tried to see Shirley to sample the "legendary" technician with the washing bucket. It was hard to find her room in that building but eventually found her. Once inside she wanted $50 for 1/2 hour. I thought that was the all inclusive price and said "tip later I just pay for the massage now". She said that is for the massage. I said isn't it $30 or $35? She said Nope. I said thank you and left.

I remember reading about her when this board (and RM when it was free) started to discuss about her a few years back, the fees was maybe $40 for FS. Now she wanted $50 for just the massage then the tip afterward? Wow she must has gotten lots more business now that no competition in her building anymore.
