Well crap, just renewed my TER last week, renewed my Rubmaps a few weeks ago. I relied heavily on these 2 when traveling and always paid off. How can I create a VPN for offshore? Any helpful links or info appreciated.

There are many ways to connect.

Some easy methods: for mobile, you can use the OperaVPN app, then choose which country you would like to show up as your origination point.

For PC you can use the Opera browser and turn on VPN, then select country.

To connect to TER, technically you only need to access it through a proxy server in another country. It shows the website an IP from the new location.

There are plenty of ways to do this, but these two are simple and free.

TER has blocked itself from American IP addresses. So far VPN through an offshore server still works.

American general discussion forums are still there, but the American ad forums are gone. Ads for other nations are still active.

Prior American reviews are still available: I don't know if new reviews can be posted there (I didn't test it).

I generally detest the way they run their review acceptance system, so I haven't been a fan for many years.
