I really believe that coach Stevens also made bad decisions during the game. So many minutes for the starters, especially when Grant Williams and Timelord had solid production.

Tatum as a ballhandler is always a risk. His dribbling is not good enough to get him out of double team, so he's making a lot of to's as a result, and gets his energy drastically drained. He's lot more useful when he's getting off screens, attacking the rim.

Kemba needs to take more shots. JB and Smart were great, Smart for me is a best player in this postseason, heart and soul of this team!. Anybody recovering from that game?. Holy hell.
Holly hell indeed! Agree on Tatum, agree on Kemba, and Smart for MVP 100%. I expect a murder of the game tomorrow. Our guys better be ready because you know that Kyle will be. Toronto is not as good of the team as the Celts are but it's on the mission to prove that Kawhi was just one player on the team kind of like what Edmonton Oilers were about in 1990 after Gretzky left. I wish Horford was still here to calm down the crew.

So far, the C's have been doing great. What's encouraging is that even when they are sloppy some games, they find ways to win. That's what championship teams are able to do.

Still have a ways to go with this series, but honestly I truly do think the East is open. Toronto and Milwaukee don't look like the world beaters that they seemed before, and if we beat Toronto + Miami upsets MIL, I love our chances at making the Finals. Miami does seem better equipped than Boston to handle Giannis, yet I also think they will struggle to keep up with our depth of scoring prowess, Gordy or not.
I do like the way the Celtics are playing and we do have good depth. Getting Hayward back will help but I hope they keep Smart in the starting lineup when that happens. Your right about Miami as they are very good and are very young and will be a problem. We actually have a chance this year unlike other Boston teams.

    Lets go Bruins!

Long way to go obviously, but a great start. Bruins fans all remember what happened in 2018 against this same team after winning game one, so don't get too over confident. Halak stood on his head for most of the night. Thankfully the Bergeron line decided to show up, unlike last year.

    At Least He's Honest!.

"To be honest with you, it doesn't really feel like playoff hockey out there. There are no fans, so it's kind of like playing an exhibition game," said Rask. "It's definitely not a playoff atmosphere out there. You try and play as hard as you can. When you're playing at a home rink and an away rink and the fans are cheering for and against you, it really creates a buzz for the series.

"There's none of that. So it just feels like dull at times. There are moments when there are scrums and whatnot, and then there will be five minutes when it's coast-to-coast hockey. There's no atmosphere. So it feels like an exhibition game. We're trying our best to ramp and get energized, and make it feel like it's a playoff game."- Man, hopefully Pasta will be back ASAP!.

Hey, can't fault him for being honest. Watching it, it felt that same way.

As for the Celtics, in 5, a sweep?. It's going to be a unusal season.

1986 game 5 ALCS Sox Vs Angels

I remember being a 19-year-old kid at Filene's Electronics on the 5th Floor watching this game. I was praying Dave Henderson to not strikeout. What happened next had me losing my shit. RIP Hendu as well as Donnie Moore.

    Epic Moments in Boston Sports

Not as big or as great, but ones that still give me goosebumps anytime I hear it is Johnny Most yelling "Havlicek steals it. Havlicek stole the ball! It's all over! Johnny Havlicek stole the ball!

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J4fTjcJwImw

The other ones are the 1970 & 72 Bruins Stanley cup wins, when Bobby Orr put the puck in the net & goes flat out like superman flying, just awesome.

I see most of his character concerns come from that he hates losing. Same as corey Dillon. Randy moss. Legarrette blount. And so on I loved how all of them played here hopefully they win cause he is for real. I just don't like when he puts a scarf to hold his hat down but that's just me lets see.

Nothing. Low risk, high reward gamble. Yes, I know their health / character concerns. But that's why you can get him on a cheap deal.
