I knew that guy a little bit through a friend several years ago. It could have changed but I never saw it. The default stripper excuse for not making money is all the other girls are giving it up. Not saying he isn't a D bag but there would be some first hand monger knowledge of it if it was on the menu.

I don't doubt this a bit, I have heard to many of the girls same the same thing or even admit to it going all the way back to a little spinner called Vega who used to dance at Pazza after she quit cheeks.

I don't remember her name because I only got a dance with her on her first night. She used to work at Diamonds, early 20's, long wavy brown hair has braces, normally has ribbons wrapped up her legs. First night I was talking to her (and only) Eric walked up to me and interrupted and told me how amazing she was. Next time I saw her she sat with Eric at the managers table, wouldn't acknowledge anyone and just followed him around all night. Every time I've seen her since, she follows Eric around, hangs out in the VIP room and only comes out to hang with Eric when he doesn't send any guys back to see her, or when Eric introduces her to someone who takes her to the VIP room.

So many puns for that. As stated let the insurance do the leg work. If that isn't possible, find an ambulance chasing flea bag lawyer and let him / her go after the business owner. She ultimately is responsible for anyone driving her vehicle. If she has not filed a stolen or unauthorized use of vehicle report, she can not walk away from the damage to your ex-wife's vehicle.

Man, you should let your EX deal with it unless it is affecting your finances. Or, unless you are trying to get back into your ex.

Ex has no insurance, name and number were false on the police report. Was hoping someone would have access to a way to search plate numbers or vin and find owner of vehicle. As of now police haven't decided to help or do anything about it.

A private investigator could make quick work of it. They are usually ex law enforcement with ways to access government systems!

Got a call last night and then a text asking me if I was so and so. Said her name was Summer and she was going through her list of past meets. Kept asking for my last name. I never saw Summer when she was around and she had my burner. When I asked for a little more info on her went crickets. Someone is fishing. Watch you 6 gents.

Option #1 file a police report and press charges.

Option #2 - Contact Ohio DMV and ask if they can provide the info based on the plat or VIN.

Option #3 - There are many sites that will do this for you for a very small fee. https://www.searchquarry.com/ohio-license-plate-lookup/ This site is $2. 95 for a couple of days. Just be sure to CANCEL MEMBERSHIP as soon as you get what you want. I've used that one and never had a problem cancelling but don't wait to the last minute.

Make your first stop at the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. There are a number of local offices across the state. Request a form called the Ohio Vehicles Record Request Form. You'll need to fill out this form, send it back by mail and wait for the BMV to mail you the results. The BMV will use its records to find out the name of the person who owns that vehicle and the address of the registered owner.

I think Daytimer offers some sound advice. I had a similar incident several years ago, when I was hit head on, as a truck turned left in front of me, as I was driving thru a green light. He provided the insurance information but as happens far too often, the insurance was not in place at the time of the accident. When I contacted his insurance carrier, they asked me for the exact time of the accident. I told them and they informed me that he had just been to their office to pay his premium, but it was two hours after the time of the accident, so they were not going to cover the damage (my truck was totaled, as was his). I contacted my own insurance carrier and they said that I was covered for everything except the $500 deductible. They would then go after the driver for all the damages, including my deductible, and press charges for driving without insurance. They said that if they collected, they would refund my deductible. That was 6 years ago and I haven't heard a word about him since. As it was explained to me, he had no assets (which is why he, and many others, are driving around with no insurance) and no way of paying the insurance premium or the damages. I assume that a judgement was put against him, but with no job, no assets and now even less reason to have them because people that do that have no intention to ever being responsible for their actions. That is the most frightening thing about the culture in urban America. I hate to say this, but I'm afraid your ex may be screwed, even if you do find out about the driver and the vehicle owner. If the company is a responsible legitimate business, hopefully they will step up and take care of it, so it's still worth pursuiting. However, since he provided false information I'd not get my hopes up. If the company or their insurance company (if they even have one?) fails to respond, should you trace either of them down, I wouldn't hesitate to out them here on this forum, if that is permissible? I know you're just looking for your ex to be made whole, and I hope it happens for you, but this doesn't sound very promising. Let us know how this works out for her.
