I have been in the same position several times and couldn't wait any longer or wasn't pleased with my provider and asked for my money back. Of course they tried to convince me to stay but in the end I have always gotten my money back without any problem at all. As long as you keep your cool and treat them with respect they will usually do the same in return. In my case it has always worked.

The first time I tried to avoid such a situation, I asked to hold on to my money until the masseuse is available. They weren't thrilled, but they let me wait in the room.
