On the bright side only 12% actually thought it would actually change. Why'all are blissfully ignorant but not dumb haha.

My theory:

1. Supply of providers in PDX is relatively low still. And of those, ones that are hot women even less so.

2. PDX does not have much Asian competition like Bay Area (where you can get a hot GFE K-girl for less than $3. 0).

3. The many years of cheap money and other stimulus (e. G. , PPP loan forgiveness) made people flush with cash.

They had an announcements that providers would see funds in their account when they logged in, as an apology of sorts.

I think this was on twitter, and then a bunch of comments by providers saying "thanks, we'll need that. " or something to that effect.

So ya, providers are being given free ads to get the place back up and going.
