She's not the kind of scammer that is being insinuated. If you actually get up with her and meet up with her she's a good time. But just like any other junkie if given the opportunity to have the money for free she will take it. It's the nature of the game. The white dude is her bf who's habit she has to fund as well. Not sure if this girl is a ripoff artist or not, OR if she just saw an opening that was given her and took it? That said, hate to say it but this one appears to be on you. Why did you "throw down a reasonable donation" BEFORE the date was over? One of the key rules of the hobby is never pay upfront. So when you left to go get a hat, why not pick up the donation and take it with you?

Second, just wondering why are you hobbying and not carrying your own supplies? Relying on the girls to have a cover is destine to get you BBBJ, HJ or nothing. You want CFS, bring the cover. Sorry to be so harsh. But unless you are paying north of $300 and going to a 4-star hotel with a well reviewed high class girl, these drug addled girls can not be relied on.

Finally, I wonder how the dude got into the room? Did he dash in when you went to the car or he was already in the room hiding in the bathroom?

So chalk this experience up as paying some tuition to learn a lesson about some of the 'rules' of the hobby. Sounds like you got away with things for a while and finally the hobby bit you in the butt. This is why I pound the table on the rules.

What frustrates me about this is that there is plenty of info on these threads / site to educate guys on the "how to's" of the hobby, but we still see guys making the same mistakes over and over, even guys who have been in the hobby a very long time. Stuff like this doesn't need to happen, especially if guys would read & understand the rules. These girls will look for weakness or an opening, so knowing 'how to" keeps you from a bad experience. Don't give them an opening or opportunity to make you a victim. Even the nicest girl is going to be tempted to take the money and run if you leave it with her and then leave the room. But hey, ignoring or ignorance of the rules IS a choice one makes.

One way to be discrete is to never park in front of a girls' room! Do a recon of the area and any place that is in line of sight of the room or motel. That means getting there 10-15 min early to have a look around. Look for signs of LE and ULE. Then park somewhere in line of sight of her room, contact her and watch to see who emerges from the room. Then walk over to the room when the coast is clear. That way, should the room be under surveillance by say a pole camera, you plate isn't visible to some tech eating a donut in his office. Also if something goes bad, the opportunity to damage your ride isn't 10 feet away. Also, at many of those hotels in NC there is one way in and one way out. Recall a report here where a handler tried to box in a dude and extort him. So getting boxed in and having an escape route makes sense.

Use to be girls would ask me before setting off what kind of car I drive. From her perspective she wants to know what car to approach and not walk up t the wrong car.
