During week nights, what time do the providers generally start showing themselves.

Whenever they have a strong need for cash (smile). In my experience, there's no particular starting time. It can vary from day to day and from provider to provider. Some even appear before it's dark. If a monger purposely delays until a specific time of the evening, then he may miss a provider who made an appearance before that time.

That being said, however, in my opinion currently the most productive downtown time period on weekdays is often from about 4:30 to 7:00 in the morning. Good luck and please remember to report on anyone good (or bad) whom you may find.

Depending upon (1) her mental condition at any particular time, (2) her substance abuse status, and (3) her living situation, she can provide either an excellent date, an average date or a horrible date. Sorry, I don't. However, unlike some downtown providers, she does have a very uniform working location. On nights when she's working downtown, she's been located on the mauka side of South Kukui Street, either behind Longs or occasionally in front of the adjacent parking lot for Mililani Downtown Mortuary.
