Go online and try to see when the rates are low, but not necessarily, and rent one for a few hours and stroll around the hot spot and see what you can find. Uncle LEO isn't stupid, they know what you're doing no matter what you drive. Most of them really don't care, and don't want to bother us (some of them are mongers too). I agree if you monger often enough LE will enter your plates in their system and they will know who you are. When I have been pulled over by LE in area where there is prostitutes LE has asked me if I was looking for SW's. LE will not bother you unless they catch you with a SW or see you picking one up. Another up the street nearest The Atlantic Fish Co for $10. Both were average and I see them from time to time when I'm passing by. I still see them but, its too cold.
