I posted about my experience. About 2 weeks ago. They say that they are taking money found on us mongers. They had no cause to pull me over I did follow every traffic rule. I was window shopping I spoke or pulled over for no one. They asked me my name, for my I'd. I smarted off. The second detective put me in handcuffs and took me to the rear of their car. They searched me then took my wallet out of my coat pocket, the first guy said we're seizing any money you have for suspicion. (I had 3. 00) they asked why they saw me more than twice on a known hooker and drug drag. Itold them I was eating and listening to radio. I asked when was driving around illegal. They demanded I go home or next time they saw me they would arrest me. I went to the gas station bought a candy bar drove back by then went home. So had they found more money like the cost of an 8 ball or the cost of a split, I am almost Positive they'd have seized it. They still haven't posted to the public vice new edicts like they are legally required to do so. Is the requirement to put this seizure lawin it or was he bluffing. I know I'm not taking a chance carrying enough money to be seized. I'm hiding it in places in my vehicles. I suggest that we all do so before picking up someone. A camera with sound is the only way to fight this law. Of course it has it's draw backs so make sure you make a plan before hand.

You probably shouldn't have smarted off as you said and you more than likely wouldn't have had any problem whatsoever.

From what I'm reading if we drive down Lorain ave and get stopped for whatever reason even with no girl in the car they can take the cash you have on you?? I'm not doubting anyone but that seems absurd. I got pulled over a couple years ago with someone in my car, he came to my window and I declared CCW right away, luckily all he did was take the girl back to his car for about 15 minutes, he came back and said I was good to go and while we were talking to my amazement the girl got back into my car and we went on our way. I guess I was lucky that evening. The Uncle was one of the popular ones also.

May I have an abridged (Cliff's Notes if you will) version, please? What does this have to do with picking up an SW? Thank you. I like my hdcam. The one they sell on the infomercial. It has the ability to turn the camera around to either side.
