A technique for finding particular downtown providers that's sometimes been useful in the past is to offer a cash reward to another provider (or denizen of the area) whom a downtown monger already knows. It's the fenced park in Chinatown that's bordered by North Pauahi Street on the makai side, Smith Street on the Ewa side, and North Beretania Street on the mauka side. I think its official name is Smith-Beretania Park.
