That's weird it says months long investigation concluding in March of this year. I didn't realize things had gotten back going earlier this year to the point where their investigation would have bore fruit.

Maybe it was an undercover operation for a certain amount of time and they obtained a lot of credible information that shows the club had knowledge. It wasn't like the 'play' area was private.
