I have a reason to go here now. Kelly now works here. Only problem is so many cars in the parking lot and sidorak is near by. Probably go late at night to see her.

You get a cop and try to strat negotiation with cop.

Nobody will offer you directly "hey dude. You have 200 for boom boom? I will drive you".

You need to search for trying to find the route: how to distinguisg taxi for that tour from perfectly sound cop. And how to apporoach that measenger driver without making him believe you are a undercover cop.
