I agree. Unless they had your license plate not much they can do. The police will not waste their time tracking guys down for such a minor crime.

Releasing photo's, hmm don't think so. Very few LE agencies release booking photo's for prostitution charges. Near 0% chances of them releasing / publishing photos.

Chances of tracking you down, doesn't seem likely. They shut the place down, that is probably all the interest the have. Suppose, very low chance, they could call contact you, ask if you have ever been there. You simply tell them, you only speak to LE via your attorney. It would be nutty if you said that and their was further pursuit.

While not impossible, it seems incredibly rare that the men get caught up. The football team owner in FL a couple few years ago, seems to be the exception, wildly different from almost all other publicized cases.

For us, if you want your spas to stay open, I suggest staying low key, reasonable quiet, and discrete. We all know the walls tend to be paper thin, and in many places you can hear the other businesses next door, so why be a moaner and groaner?

If everyone isn't discrete and careful the complaints will roll in and they will have ample reason to close down our favorite places. They are just looking for a reason.

They are still smarter than Latinas busted in queens, NY.

Spas are located near school. Less than 100 ft distance and prostitutes in working dress went out while kids passed by. And for months there have been multiple visiting of media and Tik Tok kids recorded to post online when Latinas grab passengers to make them enter.

There is No drug dealer who advertise online "I guarantee no fentanyl, pure coke meth only".

No gambling house makes workers to grab strangers on the street saying jack pot, poker, black jack blah blah.
