Backpages is losing its touch and I feel like (probably just paranoid) that LE is posting fake posts to try and catch people. Every time I get into contact with a person from Backpages they A) take forever to respond then ghost me B) don't respond at all or C) tell me to arrive at a location and when I do they stop replying and LE is coincidentally patrolling the parking lot of said location. I tried Humaniplex but its a bit confusing for me. Is there any other sites that I could possibly use that's 100% bulletproof?

I don't use Humaniplex so I can't really comment on that (but I agree it does seem confusing to me too which is why I have stayed away). As for BP, like with any woman or date or situation, it is hit or miss. This seems to be especially true of the independents. I recently had something set up with an independent, all details worked out except the time, I was ready to drive to the location just needed a confirmation of the appt time and then all communication stopped -never heard back -just totally flaked on me. I recently had another experience where it took me a second day attempt to get a hold of a diff provider and I'm glad I did, it was a great time and worth the hassle. You have to have a thick skin, expect to get occasionally disappointed, and just be careful of LE. And of course, never expect the provider to look like the pics, although many of the independents will use their real pics, expect 80-90% of the time that the girl will look diff from the ad. Occasionally (rarely) they look better than the ad! I do get paranoid as well, but everyone involved is taking a risk. Providers and the people who use BP know what it's about. I learned this from Dutch (whatever happened to Dutch Treat on here? He used to be a wealth of info). Just a hello, location and rates and appt time. Be careful out there.

I'm glad to hear this and I assume it's because you are not based in the US? When I checked the orange county classifieds there was only one (expired) listing. What do you think is the reason that providers are not using this classified section more? Do you think it will become more popular if the gov't shuts down the dating and massage sections on BP? It would seem that if you're an offshore-based site that you can do what you want without legal ramifications. With so much activity in OC, I'm just wondering why your OC classifieds are not really being used?

Because we have been developing a new version FOREVER and haven't really pushed ours. Plus it was hard as fuck gaining traction against BP, Craigslist, TER ect. If you look at Ohio and Florida you can see what it looks like when people use it.

The whole "putting ads and reviews close together idea to let good providers shine and get rid of the thieves" is an idea who's time has come.

Someone posted this in the Humaniplex section but it seems important to discuss here too:

The Senate passed the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA) in a 97-2 vote. The bill also known as the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA) has passed the House of Representatives and is expected to be signed by President Donald Trump.

The bill says that website operators who "promote or facilitate the prostitution of another person" will no longer have the legal protections of Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act, which provides website operators with broad immunity for hosting third-party content. Violators could face fines or prison sentences of up to 25 years. The bill was spurred largely by Backpage.com, even though the site already shut down its adult advertisement section because of government pressure.

Does this augur the end of days for Humaniplex and other sites that allow advertising of adult services?

What does everyone think will happen to these sites like Backpage and Craigslist and others? Craigslist just completely shut down their personals section, and while BP lost it's adult section awhile ago, we all know that there is activity available in the another section of BP, so do you all think that will that go to? If it does, where do you think all these providers will go?

Thanks NoClue. Nice to know someone at least got a response, although I would love to still hear from anyone who has actually visited. Do you recall anything you said in your text that got you that response? I think what baffles me is that I have texted / called within 15 minutes of them re-posting their ad and I have in fact seen them repost their ad again just 10 minutes after I texted them with interest. My contact attempts have been at various times in the day. It's just strange to post so often and yet be so hard to reach. Also NoClue if you have any BP providers that you really like, I would love a PM from you, I'm kind of bored with what I've had on there lately which is why I was trying to visit from these ads we're discussing.

I always say / type my usual, "Hi" when texting on BP. If they reply, then I continue. If not, then unless I am super bored so I try the next day or next week hahahah. I think with that number, I did mentioned I see them on BP so they replied back. I do include my username if it on HX.

All my favorite on BP are gone or no longer honest. It's all bait and switch now. Nowadays, I'm on here looking for recommendation or surf on HX or go to an AMP. Lavender on GG and queen spa in Cerritos is the 2 AMPs I usually go IF I go.

If you check out san gabriel backpage forum, there is an agency that host Chinese ladies, and their ads pictures is very light shopped. I visited 2-3 times now, the girls are 90% the same as pictures. Just have to find the right one that offer the best service. The only down side is one of the operator only allow Chinese visitors, and sometime other Asian race. I heard his partners doesn't care but I have yet to contact them.
