Since this past summer, LE have made a major dent in SW activity working the Ave. In past LE would run stings every few months, but like cockroaches the girls would reappear. Now LE targets mainly white women walking the streets for criminal trespass if they are hanging out on various corners.

Yesterday LE arrested Tia for criminal trespass at corner of Adelaide / Ave. I just talked with Tia on Tues She was just out of rehab-gained 30 lbs. On Tues Heather (not chicken head) for criminal trespass on Elliot street-several past charges failure to appear.
