I think he's trying to say he stopped by HR after the phone didn't work meaning no one answered the phone when he called or it didn't even ring but yea should've read the older posts and you would've saved yourself time and a blank trip.

Just drove by Yoshiko and gave them a call. Soda was in and one other girl, mamasan was reluctant to give the name of the new girl. Can't say I blame them all that much. Said Nicole and Joanna are "away". Hope Nicole wasn't one of the ones picked up, think she's may have left a few weeks ago, not very sure. Last time I was there Nicole and I spoke, she said that Yoko has been there longer than any place other place in that area and that she wasn't worried about anything. Seems they weren't effect all THAT much.

Well recall they got busted during the Super Bowl sting. They are working to get back to the usual stable.

You're right. Under previous administrations, they were shutting down Nina's Oils and all the Asian spas around Kennedy, but the Ritz was for the most part 'immune'. Things have obviously changed in the leadership of TPD, or the federal 'grant money' is just too tempting to our 'fearless leaders'.
