So who ever posted about driving in neighborhood behind closed down food lion is correct. There is a smoke den back in one of those apartments. They go back there to get medicated so you never know may get lucky and find one back there leaving well medicated or coming of meds (unlucky). Picked up in different locations but dropped in similar location so that's how I got that bit of intel some of you regulars prolly know this if not there you go.
