I have found that over time with EB, that providers may have a lot of negative comments but their reviews may be mostly good. The only explanation I can think of is that there are Trolls out there who find it easy to post a one line negative comment in the "Comments" part of the website but won't take the time to do up a negative review in the "Review" section. Thus I place more reliance on the provider "Reviews" than I do in the provider "Comments. ".

Unfortunately and somewhat puzzling, there are no "Reviews" on Amberly. Thus its hard to say how true or false the comments on her are.
