I won't even get a hotel, but will give them the money to get it under their own name. Then they can use at will all day, and if they trash it or don't leave, it's on them.

I will go higher IF they host, not much, just the cost of the hotel, but only if they are asking for MORE then I can negotiate down to. If her price is $400, my hard stop is $200-250, she says no, I may offer half the $50-70 extra a hotel would have cost. But I am not paying $300+ plus hotel when I'm doing babes for 200 all the time who have their own places.
