From my understanding, the SPAs recently were not raided, but the owners shut them down because they knew they can't operate due to some new bullshit law regarding the parlors.

Passaic was awesome for sure because of it's proximity to a lot of people however one thing I didn't like about Gold was how the entire neighborhood watches you enter in and out. I prefer spas on highways or more industrial areas.
