One overlooked recon source is the providers. I learn a lot about what's happening in a city's market from them. They know who the troublemakers are or if LEO is into someone. A girl was on stg 2 years ago naming a guy, who posts a lot in this blog, as a risk. When I talked to her, she knew all about the guy and was very willing to tell. So in addition to the weekly Google query I hear from the ladies I see. I'm certain I've avoided bad dates from listening to the girls Not all are trustworthy but I use my judgment when considering the information.
