I've been straight up in the past if questioned and have been told to just leave the area. No arrests or searches of my car or even having to get out of my car.

But hey if you want to keep quiet and be out there for hours, sitting on the curb, waiting for there supervisor to come out, have your car searched, etc. Then have your car towed and all that fun stuff. Then probably still be arrested. Well keep using your strategy.

Be respectful and don't push if they say no. Tons of girls have professional pics on their online ads. If anything you can network and get a couple girls willing to pay for a photography session another time. Another thing to worry about is the police. Not that taking pictures is illegal but they can and will say they thought you were soliciting the girls for a date just to harass you. Be smart out there. I'm sure people do it.
