In the last couple weeks I have been to a handful shops.

Either inflation or demand seems to be running up the prices at Garden. Honey quoted $260 for an hour or $180 for a half hour, this afternoon. That's the all-in price up front, of course. Contrary to what rubmaps says this place is a jack shack if you want but also a decent massage place. It looks legit enough too. Come to think of it, that's the only place I can think of that meets those three criteria for you.
