I just got back from Austin pretty good AMP game there they have a atrick law on massage providers. So if you say massage they will not attend to you. So there will probably be a work around.

I paid 2 total and never even got the the massage part. It is what it is and overpaying is well, unfortunately a mistake all of us have made at some point or another.

Patient / Client records: must maintain a complete set of "legible" records to include the date, time, and type of service or treatment provided; the full legal name of the employee who provided the service or treatment; and the full legal name, home address, and telephone number of the client or patient. "Medical records may satisfy this requirement if the records include the specified information. " A copy of the client's or patient's photo I'd may be used to provide the full legal name and home address. There's something about needing to keep a record of clients' info on record but highly doubt any of them will collect that. Maybe they'll fill out fake generic info.

HB197 is going into law on July 1st. Places are then required to get clients info before the deed. And they can't live on the premises any more. Let's have fun while we can. Maybe they'll go UTR and it'll keep going.
