I've messaged some of the sting shit from STG, Doublelist and even reddit. At some point very early in the conversation they say something like. I'm 13 I hope that doesn't matter, I'm really mature etc. etc. They clearly let you know you're talking to a minor. My response has always been Not interested and please go hang out with kids your own age and be safe. End of story I don't respond any more and I change burner #'s. It gets annoying but I don't even entertain that shit, Don't give them ammo as soon as they mention they're a minor end the convo plain and simple. I'm also not looking for anyone of that age and never will.

But first, Mongers Be Careful – there are 2 laws, one for driving to meet a decoy, the other is for texting the decoy. Mongers you can be charged with both laws and get more prison time. So, if you are told by a decoy that it is 14 and you know it is a decoy but you decide play along and say cool and then say how much for a BJ – then you broke the law big time! In the last sting some mongers did that and did not go to try meet the decoy so the cops came to their homes and arrested them! Best advice was from JimmyCricket don't give the cops any ammo just end the conversation. Do not play with a live rattlesnake or play games with a decoy. You can only get bitten and hurt bad!

Ok, back to your update – thank you. I was looking at this as entrapment, but if the decoy makes it very clear early on that it is a minor and the monger keeps talking about having sex together, then maybe the monger was not trolling for minors but he still would try to have sex with a kiddie anyhow if the opportunity came up! That is just wrong and horrible, and the monger deserves what he gets. That is what the former MLB guy did, when he found out the decoy was a kiddie and he got excited and wanted to have sex with her – shit he deserves the terrible consequences he gets– he may not be a trolling pedo-creep but he still is a pedo-creep.

I was thinking in broader terms, which would include guys looking for younger girls of legal age as well as just guys looking for older girls, and also guys who have no interest in seeking based on age other than that they do not want under-age girls. That is I was questioning the use of STG in a decoy / sting looking for pedo-creeps.

Using a syllogistic analysis: 1. STG does not post adds for anyone saying she is under 18; 2. STG is not a kiddie social chat site or a place for under-age girls to hand out at; 3. In their decoy / sting ads on STG ops post normal sounding ads with non-kiddie like pics, meaning pics of a girl in her lower twenties; 4. Therefore, is doing a decoy / sting via STG entrapment and after the wrong target? If the goal is to lockup pedo-creeps, then wouldn't the better place to do such decoy / stings be in websites utilized by pedo-creeps as trolling spots for kiddies? It seems that using STG to post a decoy / sting is a grandstand publicity play by LEO to destroy adult prostitution while not doing their real job of seeking pedo-creeps, correct?

I do not know the answer to any of this. I can come up with single examples, which sway me to an obvious conclusion. But when I think beyond specific examples and I come to the broader question of whether it is legitimate to use STG as a decoy / sting for pedo-creeps since it is an adult sex for sale site? Is LEO incorrectly using anti-pedo laws to destroy an adult sex-for-sale site? Those anti-pedo laws are very severe in consequences and would seem they should only be used to go after pedo-creeps? Is STG a place where 14-year-old girls hang out posting ads and pedo-creeps troll STG? I have no answer, just lots of questions.

If guys are looking for young girls in general, aren't they running that risk? You should be able to tell a girl in her twenties compared to a girl in her teens. My point is that they are actively searching for young girls trying to make sure they are "at least 18", they are rolling the dice and should probably be put away. Pedo adjacent?

I have no sympathy for the pedo-creeps, absolutely none. We all have heard of the pedo-creeps who look for young children for sex. That is sick, wrong, horrible and those creeps should get all that the law dishes out to them, if not more!

To lock up these pedo-creeps, Florida passed several very broad laws, two of which are used in all sting operations, both of which may be charged at the same time: 1. Soliciting a minor for a sexual act; and 2. Traveling to meet a minor for a sexual act. Both are felonies and include hard time in prison. Most important, both crimes do not need an actual victim, an adult undercover officer may say he is a child and you could be arrested.

Worse, every time you use your smart phone or pc to message the undercover decoy, that is a separate felony. For example, if a monger texted a decoy at 11 am and they chatted and then at 2 pm the decoy texts the monger and then the monger gets another text later at 5 pm which he replies to, even if there is no more talk of sex, then that is 3 or 4 separate felonies, all which add together to serious prison time. And driving to see the decoy is another felony, with more prison time!

I understand and agree with cops using these laws to trap / sting pedo-creeps specifically looking for a child for sex! And I agree with using decoys posting on kiddie-websites, seeking to catch a trolling pedo-creep looking for children to have sex with. Keep up the good work officers!.

But, STG is not a kiddie site. There are no adds on STG saying that the poster is a 13-year-old girl. If there is such an ad, please send me a link, because any guy responding to such an ad deserves what happens to him. But there are no such ads on STG, it is a site with adult providers offering to sell sex. Yep, some of those providers may be under age 18, but their ad will never say that because STG is about girls trying to get money, not pedo-creeps looking for little kids. So, no decoy / sting will ever post an ad saying he is a young child, instead the ad will say the decoy is an adult. And no decoy / sting will post pics of little kids, they will post pics of adults. So, if you reply to a STG ad for an adult, with pics of a hot girl who is an adult, then to me you are not a pedo-creep trolling for kiddies! If you contact that provider and agree to sex, cool. But, what if after you talked and got interested you got a text from the provider saying she was 14? You should tell her you want nothing to do with her, you were unaware that she was under age and say nothing more, and block her number so you do not get any more texts. That is the right thing to do, and the only thing to do! But, what if the monger who was never seeking a child, missed that text line and then drove to meet the decoy? What if the monger was stupid and had been so turned on by earlier texts that this sounded like kinky fun? What if the monger was drinking or smoking and got carried away with the moment and said fine? Stupid fools and maybe they deserve a fine or a weekend in local jail, but 15 or more years of very hard time in prison? It seems like the stings using SKG are entrapping fools who were never seeking children. In that case, is it entrapment, is it wrong? I just do not know the answer.

A teenage girl was injured after a suspect shot multiple times at the car she was in outside of a hotel in Southpoint on Monday morning, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

According to JSO, the girl and two other people had just checked out of the hotel on Salisbury Road when another car pulled alongside and someone started shooting.

Police said the suspect fired at least 17 shots at the car.

The girl was hit in the shoulder and is expected to recover. The other car occupants were not injured, according to police.

No arrests have been made.

JSO said it is in the process of looking for surveillance video of the suspect car.

Under the law, the state Department of Health would be required to issue an emergency suspension of a massage therapist or establishment's license if any employee at the business is arrested on charges related to kidnapping, human trafficking or prostitution.

In addition, the law will explicitly prohibit any kind of sexual activity within a massage business.

The law goes into effect on July 1.

I guess we better squeeze in some Orlando trips in while we can. Parlors may not go away but we might experience a rough fall since the stock market is looking to have a rough season coming up. If you've been assuming that Republicans are committed to protecting individual rights and freedom, you might want to recalibrate your assumptions in light of this, Florida law and a) the Texas law that makes "solicitation of prostitution" a felony offense and b) Trump's support of FOSTA and SESTA.

I'm not sure if there are any political parties that respect the rights of CONSENTING adults to engage in otherwise legal sexual activities.
