Not familiar with Special Hands, but Why&Why has always been legit from my experience. Never a tug and denied every time I brought it up. If you know something I don't, please post the intel or send a PM.

A couple of weeks ago I stopped by Mulan. Several months ago I heard that Wendy from Blue Moon had moved there, and I was hoping to find her. She was not there.

Mulan is on the 2nd floor of a nondescript old commercial building. Random professional offices with Mulan at far end of hall. A good sign. Walked in and was greeted by Jennifer. Chinese spinner 40's probably. Very friendly in an AMP transactional way.

Cut to the chase, I left happy after less than a half hour and have no idea of her massage skills. She allowed feeling her up (but flat chested) and made the "oh baby" noises to complete the act.

I don't see any need to return. Probably would be better to spend more money with the Russians.

2-story professional townhouses on Rockville Pike. Entrance facing the pike. No overly flashy sign.

Walked in. Met by Joyce, 50-ish Chinese in trim shape. Straightforward layout. Led me to the room. No shower. She is friendly, good English. Says she's from Long Island and been here two months. I was hoping that was a good sign of potential, but no. She gives a good massage. Very intense and strong. She really puts herself into it. Uses oil. I left the sheet off. She did not mind, but neither did she take any cues, including casual friendly pats. She stayed focused. With 10 minutes left she had me flip. After a bit I asked for "one thing more" but she declined.

Seriously good massage and I tipped her $20. She seemed fine with passing up the opportunity to make more. Worth it if you just want a great massage.

I still had a little money left after landing back in town from a Vegas trip. On the way home I decided to get some stress relief from the flight. I had read good things about this place and wanted to try it. I went in and was greeted by Coco who showed me to the room. The face-down portion of the massage was good, she does spend time giving a nice rub. There is no teasing of the boys which is why I left the S out of FBSM. On the flip, I got to feel her soft ass under her skirt but over her panties. Her breasts were free and she has what felt like great nipples, but the top stayed on. Good HJ technique. If this is "I heart spa" - their house fee is slightly cheaper than others, $50 I think is typical, though it has been a long time since I've been there due to their gross cleaning policy.

Typical moco tipping applies - $40 for handshake, maybe slightly more for driving with the top down. Don't over-tip gents!

Found myself at eye love in the Kentlands, drew Coco. A fine time was had by all. Nice drive with the top down. Would recommend. Take advantage before they get shut down too.

I wonder what actually prompts raids.

Like what makes LE specifically target certain places.

Sometimes I wonder if the raids are even valid. I've seen reports of raids at places that I've been to multiple times and got no kind of extras.

Then there are places that I've gotten PG County style service, that appear to have never been raided ever. At least not to my knowledge.

Then places get raided, and open right back up.

Just all seems like a waste of money and time.

I agree with everything you said. Have you ever watched Law and Order or some movie where you have bad cops that shake down small business owners? Let's keep it real. Most of law enforcement know exactly which establishments are offering extras. The state of MD could shut all of them down in a week if they wanted? Pretty sure as long as they pay their monthly fees they get left alone. You don't pay you get raided.

RL on 198 was my go to place for many years and finally had issues. Bright SPA on Rt1 located next to a sex shop open until 2 am has no issues. Come on now.

Agree on all points. Would be nice if police concentrated on real crimes such as drugs, Shoplifting, etc.

The other spa was Daydreamer, on Main St. In Laurel, not Columbia. I went there a few times, and it was always strictly therapeutic. It was very clean, and the therapists were talented and professional. But the owners were connected with the one in Kensington.

Been there 2 times and all were legit though Helen hit all the right spots during the massage. I guess if they got busted it was all about license.
