" Then in the room she took my $100 and I asked for the hour session and asked for $20 back. She played like dumb, took off with my $100 and never came back with the $20 change.

Then when she came back in the room she said for full service it was another $180. She never gave me my $20 change back from the $80/ hour house fee.

Total she wanted was $280. Avoid.

If you knew that 1 hour was $240 and you had $240, why did you make the transaction complicated? These places are not difficult to deal with.
