I been had asked Is Orange running operations 2 weeks ago got no replies stating yes. Drove past myself yesterday and seen no cars outside. Also Tokyo Spa got busted. Are these apartments like a specific name or are these just a bunch of them dotted all over the chinatown area?(Yes I searched and I couldn't find anything specific aside from lily's).
