I'm not sure about these camera's, just haven't seen them. I'd guess, many cities are using ALPR camera's these days, those cities are grabbing plates for what ever reason.

As far as street prostitution, not a damn thing they can do with the pics! They'd have to catch you doing something like, soliciting or agreeing to the solicit from the lady. Actual banging, well not sure what that would be? Lewd conduct? I'd guess.

Maybe these cams also have audio, so if you're making a deal with a girl right under these cams, they can pick up the conversation.

They can't use the cameras as evidence for arrest. There's nothing to show. Either they do it like the red light tickets will all the compliance rules or like speeding tickets where the officer has to catch you up and issue the ticket in person.

To avoid stings, one of you can say do you want a date. Then you just ask her to get in. She will talk about the money. If the price is not right don't let her in or throw her out. It's rather safe if you don't start talking about money, never. It's dangerous for them to get into the car. If they are in they are happy to let you do the cop check while officers or decoys aren't happy to be insulted.

They use camera recordings as evidence for arrests all the time. If you go out and murder a family of 5 and it's caught on video with your face in plain view along with your license plate, I guarantee you, they'll not only use it as evidence. But, that evidence will land you life in prison.

I agree parking and observing is one of the best ways to spot a sting and to see if LE is cracking down.

If girls get scooped up and don't return drive up or down a few blocks until you find more since they tend to stand together. Watch again. If girls get scooped and dropped back then you know she's not LE.

I'm not a Beach Blvd expert but I cruised a few times before I finally scooped. LE were out the night I scooped. They weren't doing anything except talking to the women. I assumed they were looking for someone else about something else.

No the police the police usually do not monitor the cameras. They more together evidence for more serious crimes like armed robberies or drug dealers etc. Even they did see someone pick up a SW chances are driven off by the time cop. Could arrive.

During election year the city always want to show that they're actually doing something by giving tickets to John's so be careful. Especially when there's two of them. All it takes is them asking if you want to party and then you get zoomed on.

TOFTT. Beach / Ball-Cerritos. Swooped up a cute Hispanic chick that went by the name Daisy. Yes, I was crazy nervous but had to go for it. She had a local motel that was dirty but what can you expect right? Anyway, everything covered. CBJ, cfs 120.

Beach was definitely popping last night. Shortly after midnight I counted somewhere between 25 - 30 girls out at once between the train tracks all the way up to Lincoln. If you're a boob guy there was a big girl out there (BSW) with enormous boobs wearing nothing but pasties. Be safe out there.
