I agree with the bad attitude comments. She was one and done for me. I had scheduled two appointments with her and she cancelled both last minute because of her other job. I let that pass and scheduled a third. The morning of our third appointment, I had a family member pass and couldn't make our afternoon appointment. I texted her that morning letting her know I was going to have to cancel our late afternoon appointment and received the a reply "seriously". I didn't go into the reason with her. We did reschedule for the following week and I VENMOed payment in full so she knew I didn't just flake out on her. All done on the cancellation day. When I met with her the next week, before we got started, she asked for a $100 cancelation fee for the cancelled meeting the prior week. I said "really? You cancelled on me the at last minute twice, I cancel on you 8 hours before our meeting, pay you in full so you know I just didn't flake out on you and you want me to pay you the cancelation fee?" Her response "yes, that's my policy". I paid the $100 and received lack luster service, probably because of the uncomfortableness around the cancellation fee.

I contacted her twice, both times she was a total ***** to me. One was that she said to call her in her ad so why the fuck was I texting her? I just left it at that and didn't answer, got another text like an hour later following up. Like I owe her an explanation. Months later I decided to give it another shot, said I know it's short notice, but happened to be in Cape for an appointment that was cancelled and was she available right now. I got lectured about how it doesn't make her feel very special to know that I am only interested because other plans fell through. That was it for me.
