Yes, it's clean and I've never noticed a smell. It's certainly nothing to look at on the outside, but once you get into the room, it's pretty much just like any other AMP. I've visited Aroma three times in the last few months. Each time was a 60 min massage with a TS. $80 up front.

Decided to stop by Rainbow Massage; on 441 just south of Eatonton and north of Milledgeville.
