Dress really won't dictate if they are LE or not, most all stop short of full nudity so they aren't sited for indecent exposure. Well there is no tried and true tested way but there are things that don't usually happen. First look around for uncle. LE will likely not be dressed to scantily. Often times she'll grab your crotch because an officer won't do that and she'll let you do the same in kind. Usually you're in the clear of her being LE but you still need to keep your head on a swivel incase LE has pulled up since you stopped to chat. If she hops in your car and they see it, then you're in for some embarassment at best legal troubles at worst.

Got a chance to cruise down the strip as well as over in richmond. A lot of walkers out there and other action. What is the standard rate for a bbbj only over here in oakland / richmond / vallejo?
