I'd be careful going on Western because that area has the most UCs rolling around at all times than any other track in SoCal. I friend of mine just got arrested a few months ago over there on a Friday but he bailed himself out but the going to court and the entire courtroom hearing the judge say you were arrested for soliciting to prostitution is not a good look.

I second what 007 said. Upper Western prostitution is an infringement blight on an otherwise prospering area where the residents' have power in their complaints. I have witnessed many stings in this area going South to the 10 Fwy. 2 times the set up is a single SW standing in one location with a van parked close to intersection and a homeless person laying against the wall of a building on the opposite side. At other times I have seen the UC car (or patrol car) parked nearby to ensnare the unsuspecting horny slave.
