That's not LEO. Those are Pimps who send those messages to scare the "John's " into paying a Fee for wasting their time booking appointments and canceling / not showing. Sometimes a "John" migh pics off a Working Girl & she'll retaliate by sending that "threat text". These Extortions will begin with $500 & go up all the way to $1000 , $1200, etc. As much as they can get out of you.

You didn't say if it was your real phone or a burner or app but this is an example of why you should never contact these girls from a number that can be connected to you. It is definitely not LE and most likely a scammer connected to someone you blew off after they asked for a deposit, hence on another Continent so nothing to worry about. But still better if the phone # isn't in your name.
