Yes, I agree I don't spend over the std rate unless it's a very good session and she's friendly etc., there have been times where I have gotten up to leave and that usually changes their mind, but I have left before and no tip at all! I agree to a certain point. I take an amount in my pocket no wallet they either accept or not. I keep extra 20 hidden just in case she is worth it.
