Whether we met the same provider for last 10 years and whether we have good relationship with them, once you agree to pre-pay for a future visit, just prep your brain to consider as you are making that pre payment as a free Christmas / birthday / etc gift for her and you are not expecting (1-10% positive) her to keep her word. In my experience with her, and it's been a while, she was very quirky. Always made to wait to go into her place if she even let you. She always pushed for car meet.
