On an empty stomach, take several (2 grams or more) L Argenine an hour or so before the blue pill with lots of water. Adds to the effect. Just my 2 cents worth. I couldn't find my hammer and had to get creative. LOL. Stay safe guys.

Hey there Laying.

I had a pretty good recent experience last with with Dominica who was visiting. I believe she visits Cincy on a fairly regular basis. I haven't had Time to post a review yet.
