CA's loitering law was a catchall law. It essentially allowed LE to define loitering however. It was a very shaky law. Some the's said so as well.

Essentially, yes, we do. I'm not sure what the differences are, but in 2020 the Seattle City Council voted unanimously to repeal the prostitution loitering laws. California's just took effect this past January, so i'm wondering what the effect will be there. It does, at least for me. Never used to for the vast majority of my time out there, I just understood that this is how the game is played. Nova North walks 99 and she will definitely turn heads. I am sure she has caused some accidents as she struts down the street. She dresses to the nines and her looks are amazing on the street. Unfortunately her service was lousy at best.

I stroll 99 occasionally when work takes me to the area. I have spent time with a couple of them and I never drive away thinking that was great.
