I agree with the previous comment, not sure how it will be enforced so each county may be different. I believe currently health departments have some time on their hands after increasing in size during Covid. Time will tell. Looks like the hardest requirement for some will be window treatments, employee I'd's and advertising mediums. Does not seem to be any requirement for intake forms. These places are pretty well organized so they either find away to comply or move underground which is really stupid. With the drug and crime epidemic seems resources would be better spent elsewhere. Most of the ladies I've talked with over the years seem to be in it on their own choice and appear happy to make a good living. All this may do is remove some low hanging fruit and increase prices.

Nobody really knows what to expect because we don't know how it'll be enforced. I did see someone on another board mention Austin, TX has similar laws and the parlous figured out ways around it / have people fill out generic fake info when they sign in for "identification".

It depends on if it'll be enforced proactively or reactively.

Any idea of how many people meet to bump uglies in hotels or at their home on a daily basis? In the SW Florida area I would bet it's in high thousands. BTW, tips are tips. I tip everyone who provides me a service including the Amazon delivery lady. If she decides she wants to have some fun and it happens, there is nothing illegal about that.

This all needs to be legalized and regulated but that's never going to happen due to the moral police. My guess is most of these 7 will never be convicted of anything unless they were stacking their offenses with more stupidity like drugs, or other crimes. Those putting out the task-force got the headline they wanted and it's not about keeping the public safe.

I stand corrected. I know her from mugshots back in 2001. She was prolific in the amount, and the variety of charges. Note; I stated "as far as I know" because I hadn't seen her latest pics and compared them to anyone on STG's. Mea Culpa.
