I have yet to find a VPN which works 100% of the time. However, I've had the most success with NordVPN using nodes which are based in western Europe. Strangely, Finland has a high success rate of about 75%. Netherlands is down to maybe 10%. Sometimes it's trial and error. If one node doesn't resolve, then disconnect and try another until you get one which isn't blocked.

There's a Raleigh forum for info on prostitutes that offer BBFS. They're not likely to be high end or a-list porn stars. I seriously doubt that any porn star or high end escort is going to go BB with some stranger. Yeah, if they are testing regularly, you are safer from getting anything, but the same can't be said for you not infecting them. I have seen some high end provider websites where they will do BB if you provide a very recent test to show that you are clear, just like all the pornstars have to do on a regular basis.
