Stop using just this site to try to setup gangbangs, fellas. I've explained this Ron M before to no avail. I've set up a few gangbangs using SLS (https://www.swinglifestyle.com/) and FetLife. Also, stop trying to charge hundreds of dollars at the door to participate. Spend the extra money on a suite for the extra room (it cost $130) and play some music (not so loud to cause a noise complaint). BYOB. I'd recommend doing it during the afternoon / early evening before the hotel fills up for the night. Anyway, everyone had a good time, especially her. While she didn't get rich, she did make over 500 for a couple hours of fun.

The one I set up, 20 guys wanted to do it. Five came down to saying they were going to and then on the day of, only one showed up. To say the least the girl was pissed as she was expecting much more money. It actually ruined our thing we had as she felt I should of made up for the guys that didn't show. If I try to set up another one, I'm for sure asking for a deposit. I was out the room, and the provider was pissed. I'm thinking a deposit keeps the talkers out and will commit those that say they are and then don't show. At least this way the provider wouldn't be completely fucked over and waste her time.

A forum such as this is not the best way to set up a gangbang / orgy. I believe the best option is the website "fetlife" as there are local groups already set up for this. No, there isn't a fool-proof method and that website is hit or miss also, but there is a better chance with fail-safes in place.
