If you had a stereotype on what your average capital district street walkers should look like forget it. You won't see skimpy flourecent colored dresses or girls showing off alot of skin. You'll see exactly what you described. Girls that look homely, addicted, and / or down on their luck. In time you'll know just by the look they give you if they are or are not looking to make a buck.
